Good News

Picking up the on-going cogeco story from my last post:

Last Tuesday a service tech installed a new cable box & for the last 3 days our internet usage has dropped to almost nothing - YES!!

This morning I called cogeco to see about getting compensation for our expenses - over $400 so far.
A very nice lady (Julie) from billing informed me that our file was with the supervisor (Peter) I had talked to last week & that Peter was scheduled to call us next Tuesday to review the problem with us. By that time we will have gone a week with the new box & cogeco will have sufficient data to process our file.

Hopefully they are apologetic for all that has happened not defensive but you never know.
