We sold our house a week ago Monday !!
Later that day we put an offer in on a home in Port Colborne but we were the 2nd offer & the first people waived all the conditions so we lost it.
Yesterday we put an offer in on another home
And today our offer was accepted !!
We take possession May 23rd
The first order of business will be to change the "fish motif" in the rec room
what the pic here doesn't show is the mounted deer head or the hoof prints painted on the walls :)

you should really introduce mom to the concept of a "man cave" - i think that room is hysterical.
the best part is that this room is new so that it didn't evolve into its present form it was designed to look this way :)
before you fix it, can you get me a picture of mom in it? :)
