The roses pictured yesterday arrived on a cake this morning.
At coffee break I am told the roses will be removed and replaced by some other type of good tasting icing.
The roses will be saved for further use.
Last week we were promised 2 cakes this week - but obviously only one arrived.
The cake that arrived this morning was a layer cake or as described by Lynna "2 cakes" : )

Mmmm. What kind of cake is under all that lovely, gooey icing? Is it chocolate?
No chocolate - one layer of white and another of yellow.
Icing looks soft & gooey but its a fondant icing so its kind of stiff & hard - good for decorating.
Most people here declared it too sweet to eat - not me though I ate all mine.
