I knew this blog thing was a mistake - now I've been tagged (whatever that is).
First off I have to post the rules "Each person starts with 8 random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged need to write their 8 things and post the rules. At the end of your blog, tag 8 people and list their names. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them they're tagged, and to read your blog."
I'm afraid I'm with Patti & Kelly - everyone I know with a blog has been tagged.
1) I really like going to work - at this point in my life its like having a well-paid hobby.
2) However, I don't like driving to work on the QEW
3) I wish my kids & grandchildren lived closer to us
4) When I turned 50 I bought a bass (bright bright yellow) & started to take lessons. Just always wanted to play the bass. Didn't last long though I found out playing a bass all by yourself sucks - you need a band.
5) At 50 I also bought a firebird with T-tops - turned out I liked that a lot better than the bass
6) The neigbours behind us have a new golden retriever puppy - now I want one.
7) I don't have the "handyman" gene - hit my father, my brother & my son but just skipped right by me.
8) I love clocks - especially clocks that tick & chime.

Maybe you could be backup bass player in Blissed. Just in case Geoff (the actual bass player) is ever out of commission or something.
Wow - now there's a funny visual.
Don't worry Spike - I'm there for you guys if you ever need me.
Is your wife's hair blonde yet?
I want so much to go fishing that when I read "bass", I thought ooh, bass boat? bass lures? and then saw it was the musical instrument.
A bass guitar is cool too. :)
If you do back up for Spike, do you have to dye your hair and pierce your eyebrows? 'Cause if you do, I gotta find out about this and bring my camera!
Are you saying that someone close to 60 (alright very close) with grey hair & bifocals wouldn't fit with Blissed??
no way, you'd look cool.
and you better get your bass back out, cause jesse is going to need a bass player for his pipe-and-punk band soon.
and we wish we were closer, too.
