Sunday Morning

Sunday morning found me & Zoe outside by 7:15 cleaning the snow from my driveway so we could get to church by 10:00.

By 8:00 I (and my trusty snow blower) had our drive and the neighbour's (the two driveways are kind of one big one) completed.

Zoe spent the time checking out all the scents in the neighbourhood and leaving a few of her own.

The neighbour's cat spent the time watching Zoe from the safety of their family room window.

It was very cool having the only clean drive on the street for once - none of the neighbours get up & go to church Sunday mornings, I guess.

I started thinking about not going to church, staying outside & doing another 3 or 4 driveways of people we know on the street (most of whom don't have snow blowers).
But then I thought "I can't. I have responsibilities at church. People are depending on me being there. I don't have the time."

Ever since though it has been bugging me "did I make the right choice?"

Finally new episodes of 24.
Seems like a quieter gentler Jack though - in the first two hours he only shot two people & he had to share those kills with an FBI agent.
I'm sure he'll make up for it tonight.
